Changing Your Password

To change your password, click "Change Password" under "Settings" in the app.

If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page to send a password reset email to your email address on file.

If you don't see this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder or any other email addresses you may have. If you believe you incorrectly entered your email address at signup, reach out to us at to change your email address.

Updating Other Account Information

Your mailing address can be changed in the app under "Profile". For legal purposes, your account will need to be re-approved by our broker/dealer partner if you change your mailing address. This process could take several days and is required before being able to continue investing on Titan.
