Changing Your Password
To change your password, head to the app's Account tab > Account > Change Password.
If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page to send a password reset email to your email address on file.
If you don't see this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder or any other email addresses you may have. If you believe you incorrectly entered your email address at signup, reach out to us at email@example.com to change your email address.
Updating Other Account Information
Your mailing address can be changed in the app's Account tab > Account > Account Profiles > Personal Profile. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with an address verification document (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) to also make this change on your official Titan account. Your account will need to be re-approved by our broker/dealer partner if you change your mailing address.
